1、Refund and Return Conditions
Return Period: You can apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the product. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

2、Return Process
To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Get a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please mark it on the package when returning the item.
3、Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
4、Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. We will process your exchange request after returning your current item.
